Important. The content on this platform is protected. While you use it, technical information about your account, your device and your session is recorded. All suspicious activity is detected, recorded and retained as evidence, and may result in the termination of your session or the blocking of your account, including automatically. The content may carry marks that link it to your account.

The monitoring and protection system is operated by Edifice Information Ventures, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, doing business as EIVENX, as provider of the OneHAIT Platform.
Your educational institution uses the Platform to protect its content. EIVENX acts as technical processor of your data on behalf of your institution.
Educational content is the work of professionals and institutions. Capturing, recording or redistributing it without authorization causes them direct economic harm. Monitoring exists to protect that content and to deter piracy. Its purpose is not to watch you as a person.
Consent is voluntary. You may decline it, in which case you will not be able to play protected content. If you accept it, you may withdraw it later, with the consequence that you will no longer be able to access that content.
The content you play may display information that links it to your account and your session (for example, your name or email address, connection data, the date and time, or a session identifier), and may also carry marks that are not visible.
These marks serve both a deterrent and a forensic purpose: if the content is leaked, they make it possible to identify the account from which it was obtained.
Important. If the content is leaked, even through carelessness (sharing it in a group, uploading it to the cloud or showing it in a live stream), it may become publicly linked to your account. Treat protected content as confidential information.
While you use the Platform, information in the following categories is recorded and linked to your account, your device and your session:
This information is used solely to: protect the content; detect unauthorized access to your account; apply the measures set out in Section 6; produce evidence for internal investigations or legal proceedings; and improve the protection system.
It is accessible to EIVENX, as technical operator, and to your institution, with respect to its own students. It is shared only with technology providers necessary for operation, under confidentiality obligations; with judicial or administrative authorities that validly request it; and with the legal advisers of your institution or of EIVENX in connection with an action for infringement of intellectual property.
The system continuously evaluates the activity of each session. Depending on the severity of what is detected, the following measures may be applied, automatically or by decision of your institution or of EIVENX:
Only your institution may decide to reinstate a blocked account, and that decision is recorded.
For security reasons, the detection methods, criteria, thresholds and configurations of the system are not disclosed. Their confidentiality is necessary for the protection to remain effective.
Automatic measures do not prevent your institution or EIVENX from bringing civil or criminal proceedings for infringement of intellectual property or for the damage caused.
Security information is retained for up to five (5) years from the time it is generated, or longer if required by a court order or an ongoing investigation. After that period it is deleted or anonymized. Your identification data follows the retention policies of your institution.
Recorded information is kept complete and auditable, and may be used as evidence in civil, criminal, administrative or disciplinary proceedings, in out-of-court claims and before authorities that validly request it.
Under applicable data protection law, you may request access to, correction of and deletion of your data, object to its processing on legitimate grounds and withdraw your consent. These rights may be limited where the data is necessary to comply with legal obligations, to preserve evidence for ongoing or foreseeable proceedings, or to prevent fraud or piracy.

EIVENX applies reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption, role-based access control and audit logs. Your data may be stored and processed in the United States of America and in other countries where its technology providers operate, subject to appropriate contractual safeguards.
No. The application does not record your screen or your camera, does not read your personal files and does not track your browsing outside the Platform. Monitoring is limited to what is necessary to protect the content while you use OneHAIT.
No. The account is personal. If another person uses it and commits an infringement, the evidence identifies your account as responsible.
Contact your institution's administrator, who can review the event log and, where appropriate, reinstate your account.
No. Protected content can only be played within the Platform.
This Policy is drafted in English. The English version is the official and governing version. Any translation is provided for convenience only and, in the event of a discrepancy, the English version shall prevail, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
